Flatten Parent Child hierarchy with multiple months of data

Hi 

I have a monthly appended data for all employees and their reporting line managers changing every month. what i want to capture is the flattened out parent child hierarchy for every particular month. How can i tweak Path function or is there any other approach.

Below is the sample table and in LM1, 2 and 3, i want the hierarchy for the particular month
