Fiscal YTD calculation using DATESYTD get 50% result wrong.

BillUnitsMonthly = CALCULATE(SUM(MonthlyReport[Subscript]),
ALL('Calendar'[FiscalYear]),
'Calendar'[FiscalYearNo]<=MAX('Calendar'[FiscalYearNo])
)
 
BillUnits FYTD = CALCULATE([BillUnitsMonthly],DATESYTD('Calendar'[Date],"31/3"))
