    Go to "Transform Data"

In the home tab under Transform click on "Use First Row as Headers"

a11dre , Can you remove data formatting while brining data to power bi. because seems like it is treating everything as text. You have the same format option in power bi. After you upgrade to March 2020 release with office ribbon, you may find them under tab as excel.

Another option is to go to the data transformation/ Edit query and make the first row as a header.

Also, you need to unpivot the data, for better analysis. All the year columns

    Hi a11dre ,

You could insert it as a table in Excel and then import into Power BI. Or you could try using the first row as a header in Power Query that the users above suggests.

If these can't work, can you please share a few screenshots? Then we will understand clearly.
