Find and replace values

I've been working to build a "supplement compliance tracking" spreadsheet that will allow us to easily visualize which individuals have missed taking their assigned vitamins over various time-points (specifically, we plan to look at monthly averages).

We have 2 workbooks we use:

One has the "Master" table that identifys the Name that corresponds with the "Supplement Code"

The other has the "Compliance Input" table that gets updated daily with who didn't take their vitamins.  This tracks using the "Supplement Code".  We use a qr scanner to make input quick and currently have the scanner set to track across one row for each day (we also have the ability to scan down a column if that makes better sense).  Depending on the day, we have varying amounts of people who didn't take their vitamins and we scan in random order - so the columns we work across are unnamed and the table goes out about 200 rows, although we don't usually use anywhere near that many.

Because we have individuals that come and go, we want to be able to update their names (on the Master) without having to rework our system/qr codes each time but for ease of reviewing, we would like our report to have names on them.  Is there a way I can find/replace the values from the Compliance Input table to reflect the individuals last names?

Master Table (of importance, Supplement Code and Athlete)

Compliance Input Table (note random order of scans, hopeful to replace these data with the corresponding athlete's names)
