Find Previous Data Point and Date

Hello,

 

I am new to Power BI and I am inexperienced in creating calculated columns and measures.

 

I have a database that contains dates, vehicle equipment numbers, and km readings from the odometers. So far I have the report below. I need a column that contains the last km reading before the current one and the date associated with it so that we can compare how much the kilometers have increased since the last data entry. I have tried some soultions that I have found on other forums but nothing seems to work so far.

 

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

    I am not sure what desired result would you want, could you please share your sample data or desired output  screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
