Filters not saved when save file

I have BI report with Sankey and other filters. I saved to my PC and open on another PC.

WhenI open report, filter selection is blank. Report showing last visual with filters, but filters panel is blank.

How do I save filters?

    Sorry, filters are these, just need to click on visual.
