@Hllt369 , You need to use two table for that both are independent

In second slicer you will use filter using this measure - not is blank

countrows(Date2, Date2[Date] > maxx(allselected('Date1'), 'Date1'[Date] ) )

this will restrict 2nd slicer

Now using these two

example measure from a table

Date Range Using 2 slicer =
var _max = minx(allselected(Date1), Date1[Date])
var _min = maxx(allselected(Date2), Date2[Date])
return
calculate(countrows(Table), Filter(Table,(Table[Date] <=_max && Table[Date]) >=_min) )
