Hello all!
I'm looking to create a measure that does the following:
If nothing is selected in the Project Manager slicer (PM), display the total. ie. you wouldn't have all 15 PM's overlayed - you would just see the sum of all Variances in Jan, Feb, etc. IF a PM (or multiple) PM's are selected in the slicer above, overlay the selected PM's variances, and not the total of the all.
So i'm thinking it has to do with an All function, or selectedvalue, or hasonefilter...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Hi @Anonymous ,
Something like
IF(ISFILTERED('silcer'[PM]),CALCULATED(SUM('table'[value]),FILTER('table','table'[PM] in VALUES('slicer'[PM]))),CALCULATED(SUM('table'[value]),ALL('table'[value])))
Better to share some sample data to us so that we can help you deal with the formula.
Best Regards,
Jay

Hey thank you for the reply! That was pretty close... but it still has everyone laid over one another rather than just a summary by month. I want a summary by month for every PM. Then if I slice the PM's only show the selected PM's data.
I'm using the +/- Variance Invoice to RPC column.
The link I shared is to my Google Drive. I hope that works for you!
