Filtering values by user parameters

Hi,

Please can you tell me how to filter data by the data range selected by a user in a user parameter?

I have tried adding DAX calculated fields to create flags if data sits within the user parameter limits but I can't select the parameter variables in the DAX code?

Please can you tell me the correct approach?

Well, you could use the What If parameter technique to GENERATESERIES of the selectable values and use SELECTEDVALUE. Tough to say specifically without sample data and expected output.
