Hi all
I have 2 table visuals that manage the stock and invoicing. When an end user clicks on the product on the top visual it gives all the invoices in the bottom table visual that relate to the product.
Is there a way if there is only 2 invoices needing to be actioned it shows only the total that is in a minus of show than all the invoices as can confuse the end users if they need to remove all where they need to remove only certain invoices.
Thanks.
Sorry, it't not really clear to me. Can you share some data and an example of the desired result?
Unfortunately I can't. The desired result is simple.
End user sees 10 products over invoiced against stock. Instead of them seeing all invoices for that particular product they see what they need to remove. Mainly the last keyed invoices matching what needs to come off.
Thanks.
I "what needs to come off" means "only the total that is in a minus" then you can set a filter on the lower visual for Total < 0
Is there a column on the invoice that you can use to filter the bottom table?
Status <> "Complete" or Balance <> 0 or something like that?
That way the users only see the invoices where an action is required.
@jdbuchanan71 there is a link between both visuals that have a code and quantity.
The end users would be looking at the invoicing visual after they click on a specific product.
if the item was over invoiced by 2 cases - the total invoicing would show say 10 invoices with 15 invoiced - i would like the last 2 invoices if they had a case each to show only, if this makes sense.
