Filtering order of operations
I have filters set up in the "Filter on all pages" section. When a user makes a selection, does it filter all pages THEN load the current page? Does it apply the filter to the current page and load it and only filter other pages when they are selected/active? I'm running into performance issues and not finding much help in existing threads. Thanks in advance!
Filters work as a logical AND. When you apply filters from the filter pane, the pay get applied at the time you add them, but when the query is sent to the DB, all filters are applied at the same time. Only the visible visuals on the current pane are sent as a query to the DB. If you change pages, the filters that apply to the destination page are sent.
