Hi,
I have a field for phone numbers in my data. A typical record should have 11 charecters in it.
But my data has a few outliers like 0, 00, 100, 15241, etc.
Is there a way I configure a filter in Power Query to just include rows with 11 charecters in this column?

You can add a custom column
=Text.Length([Field Name])
Then filter out this column for 11
