Filtering down results to simplify output

Hi,
I currently have a survey monkey datasheet for assess companies interest which I am trying to visualise in power bi.
On the survey there are five options., to select a location.

However, some of those people completing the survey have selected all five options. I was wondering if someone could assist me with a way of filitering the other options if they have Selected nationwide instead of it showing five results. Hope this makes sense and thank you.
