Filtering Data on Table 2 based on Include/Exclude Flag from Table 1 using Slicer

Hello Experts,

I am facing the below issue. Please provide me a solution to fix this.

I have two tables.

Table 1 :

Asset GroupAsset NoInclude/Exclude Flag
AG1A1i
AG2A1e
AG3A2i
AG4A3i

Table 2:

Asset NoValueBudgetDescription
A110001200asdf
A212001200defg

I am creating a slicer on Table 1 - Asset group field. Now, based on the table 1 Include/Exclude flag , i should filter the values in table 2.

For example, if i select 'AG2' in slicer , asset number 'A1' should be excluded as per the flag value 'e' and  asset numbers  'A2' and 'A3' should be displayed. Please help to acheive this.

@Anonymous

Table 1 and Table2 are conected based on Asset Number , but Asset Group is not in both places hence , the logic is not getting build whether AG1  or AG2 is equal to "e", So you need to have Asset group in both the tables to achieve your result! Let me know if this is giving some idea

@Anonymous your question is not clear, if you have filtered on "AG2" what is the business logic to see A2 and A3 since A2 and A3 don't even belong to AG2 asset group? Revisit your question and provide some more details.
