Filtering 2 Dimensional table and return value

So i have a two dimensional array Where I have the Flight travel cost based on continent. Traveling within the continent it cheaper than travling outside of the continent, The table would look something like this

CONTINENT         N.AMERICA      S.AMERICA      ASIA        EUROPE

N.AMERICA             200                      1000           1000         1000

S.AMERICA              1000                    200             1000       1000

ASIA                         1000                    1000           200         1000

EUROPE                   1000                    1000          1000         2000

And I have another table of people with 3 coloumns NAME, LOCATION OF CONTINENT   &  COST OF FLIGHT

is there a formula to return the cost of the flight by selecting a destination continent?

To explain it simply I need a slicer where I can select the destination continent, this slicer would then return the flight cost to people(COST OF FLIGHT) from the other table.
