Is it possibile in dax to apply a filter referring to another table? Like that:

CALCULATE(sum(Colonne[Valori 2018]);filter(righe;Righe[Padre]="Attività dell'ente segnalante"))

Yes, you could.

and I think what you need is RELATED or RELATEDTABLE in the calculation. (The relationship between the two tables must already be established )
