Filter to Show Range of Dates

Hi All,

 

I have a Date Range and Year Filter as mentioned below, If i select FY18 and FY19 the date Range is not filtered dynamically. I mean, ist there any way if i filter Financial Year the date Range should filter dynamically whin the selected years.

I make a test.

I find that the interaction between date filters is disabled by default.

 

Click the 'Edit interactions' button under the Format tab.

Highlight(click on ) your first filter (Finacial), and click on the 'filter icon'4.png  that appears on the second filter(Rev Rec Month) .

That should filter the second date filter.

Does the "Date Range" filter and "Financial Year" Filter come from columns in the same table like this

date Financial Year

Assume:  Financial date from this year's Sep to next year's August

10/1/2016 FY17 FY17:2016/9/1~2017/8/31
9/1/2017 FY18 FY18:2017/9/1~2018/8/31
10/1/2017 FY18    
6/30/2018 FY18    
9/20/2018 FY19 FY19:2018/9/1~2019/8/31
12/1/2018 FY19    
3/1/2019 FY19    
9/2/2019 FY20 FY20:2019/9/1~2020/8/31

These are not from the same tables, I tried the same senario still could not solve this issue. I have below tables.
