Filter the information of a data that is in two columns

Hello, Power Bi Community

I have a table with the data shown in the attached image. I created a data segmentation where I put the field 'descripcion_g'. When I select for example 'Bogota', it shows me only the corresponding information from 'Bogota' to 'Bucaramanga', but I would like to see also the information from 'Belencito' to 'Bogota'. That is to say, when filtering by Bogota I would like to see the information corresponding to that data in both directions.
I hope to be clear with my explanation. Thank you in advance for your collaboration.
