Filter table by clicking column

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Filter-table-by-clicking-on-column/m-p/294527#M129910

I found this topic and there was no answer to if this is possible (maybe with updates now?)

You can format visual interactions, meaning that if you click in a column another visual will only present what you clicked on.

Is it possible for me to click a column in a matrix table and have a filter enabled for that table. I don't mean greying out I mean actually showing all values related to the column I clicked?

Example (sensitive info so I can't show the table)

Below shows: Description, Relation and Entrynumber.

I open a description, then I click on a relation row. This relation is present in more than one description.

I want the table to be filtered this specific relation and open all descriptions where this relation is present.

It's possible with right-click > drill down and then removing the upper filter as shown below

But I want to remove those inbetween steps..

I hope this makes sense, let me know if it's unclear.
