Filter out low values at dimension level in totals

I have recently posted a similar problem which was solved.
(Original solution: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Filter-out-low-values-seen-at-dimension-level-in-totals/m-p...)

Now the data I use have gotten more complex - months are included and the basis for comparison is always 2021.

The initial solution therefore does not work any more.

I have data distributed like Table 1 below.

What I am looking for is to too be able to achieve the the result of Table 2 and Table 3.

That is, to achieve the total of the rows, but where totals only count numbers if the value at the selected row dimension (Name) is greater than 1 in both column 2021 and 2022.

This result is also wanted even if I choose a visual without the name dimension inside, like table 3.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi @MarianneElver ,

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.

Thanks for your efforts & time in advance.
