Filter on a dynamic list

I have a table with 500,000 Work Orders, I wish to filter for 500 specific values to see if they are in the table.  in Tableau I can setup a filter into which I paste values  to do this.  I don't see any simple way to accomplish this in PowerBI.

    grmesser you need those 500 value in a table, to make it easier, you can maintain that list in excel file, use that as filter table and then from there it will be super easy to use calculation/measure to get the result.
