Filter for two table but relationship remains Inactive

Task is the main model, In queries I used duplicate/reference to create Table (3). I linked both of them to Calendar table as I had to prepare planned vs actual bar and line charts.

From Task I take Planned values and from Table (3) I take Actual value and plot them on the Calendar date axis, which was working great.

But as additional requirement, I need to create more (plan vs actual) bar and line charts by filtering based on Area and other based on Breakdown, and Task name, etc. That is to create similar type of charts (planned vs actual) using Area as filter, then Breakdown as filter for another graph and so on.

So i created a table for "Area" and when i tried to give relationship between the tables , but Only one relationship remains active. So for which ever table the relationship remains active the values are coming correct when i use the filter.

Is there an easy way to do it ? or do i have to keep creating tables for Based on area, then create table for breakdown, etc.

Hi @Anonymous ,

From the screenshot, you have got an active relatinoship between "Area" and "Tasks"( "Area"-->"Tasks 3"-->"Calendar"-->"Tasks").

So you need to set one or all of "Both" relationship to "Single".
