Hi,
I'm fairly new to Power BI so still getting to grips with it. I am trying to filter visuals using attributes that I don't want to have to be visible or selectable on a Slicer, it's a tricky one to explain but I believe should have a simple solution...
I have a data table of:
Film Title [Text]
Country [Text]
Genre [Text]
Playweek Start Date [Date - Weekly Intervals]
Weekly Gross [Numerical]
In my Dashboard I have Slicers for filtering on Film Title and Country showing various Visuals. I would like a Visual that shows all Film Titles in the same Genre as the selected Film Title (without having to have Genre on a Slicer).
I would also like a Visual that shows all Film Titles that played in the same Playweek range as the selected Film Title - possible -/+ 1 week either side (again, without having to have a specific Playweek filter).
Is this possible using Measures of some sort?
Thank you in advance for any help.
Hi @mikepacman ,
More details will be helpful.
If it is convenient, could you share some data sample which reproduce your scenario and your desired output so that we could help further on it.
Best Regards,
Cherry
