Hi all,
I have an annoying issue with the dropdown filter. Basically, the problem is this...
1) I have a single select dropdown filter on a date field [year]
2) When I select a year from all to say 2019 it correctly shows 2019
3) But when I go to a new tab and return to the tab with the filter it reverts to all. Even though it shows all it does maintain the 2019 data as selected.
How do you go back to the tab with the year slicer???
Do you use back bookmark???
UnCheck Data in your bookmark configuration
.
Hopefully this is what you are looking for!
@tmack99 not sure what is going on there. first of all there is not all option when you have single select. and 2nd I tested it on my end, create single select slicer, selected a value, moved to different page and when I came back to the same page where the slicer is, it still shows the selected value in the slicer.

I stripped downed the pbix file to just the date table and the bookmarks so that you can better understand my issue. the file can be found here
