Filter a report with an image / a picture

Hello,

I would like to filter a report thanks to an image / a picture like on this Power Bi example :

I know that is an update of January 2016 but I search on Power Bi website, on youtube and on the web and I didn't find any explanation about how to do this.

Use the Chiclet Slicer custom visual.

@greggyb is right, I think the report you see uses a chiclet slicer to do this.
