Hi, can I ask why does the filter appear in black? Previously I was able to see the text under the filter pane, but now the black colour is covering the text. How do I switch it back to white colour?

Looks like you changed the background to black.
Click in the canvas, then choose "Format page" and then change the Filter pane settings back.
