Filter Issue

I am not sure if this is possible but what I would like to have happen is that:

1) I select a state and the column chart updates with the counties (this works)

2) I then select 1 county and the "NCC by MajorGrouping" table updates and has the volumes specific to that one county. When I try to select a county, it deselects the state I had selected in step 1, and displays all of the counties in the country.

Currently you can't accumulate filters settings across visuals like this.  I requested this as an idea back in Feb.  Feel free to vote for it.

Otherwise you can use Slicers or the filter sidebar to acculate filter settings.
