Filter Date

Good day,

Please assist me with this formula.

I have a table showing the number of orders we create and give feedback on from our desktops and phone app.  The order can be for Preventive or Corrective services

Columns are as follows;

Order numberCreate DateCompl DateCorr / PrevenCreate Total QtyFB Total QtyCreate AppFB App
12345601/05/201910/05/2019Corrective1111
12356701/06/201917/06/2019Corrective1100
13456710/04/201931/04/2019Preventive1111
13569815/05/201921/05/2019Preventive1100
15689701/06/201910/06/2019Preventive1110
14963715/06/201917/06/2019Preventive1111
12985612/07/201930/07/2019Preventive1110

I created formulas to calculate the qty's of the Corrective and Preventive and also calculated the percentage of how many orders were created via the app.  This is new in our company, that is why we are monitoring it.

The problem I am having is, we started using the app for Corrective services in April 2019 and for Preventive in June 2019.

I created this formula to calculate the App % per month and create a relationship between created and feedback date but I have to add a filter to show only the Preventive from 1st of June.

Prev FB M App% =
CALCULATE(DIVIDE([Prev FB M App-WO Tot], [Prev FB-WO Tot]), USERELATIONSHIP('Data - WO'[End of Month FB], Dates[End of Month]))

I am a new user and is not sure where to add the filter. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Susan

Hi,

I forgot to add that the data in the " trend" tab is where I would like to include the date filter.

Thank you for your help.  I really appreciate it.
