Hi
I'm used to having all elements that are based on the same table to filter dynamically with each other - if I click on a color in a pie chart it filters the tables and other graphics, if I select one (or several, while pressing Ctrl) lines in a table, these are represented in graphics as well etc.
The Exception I see here are the slicers who always seem to represent the same list of values, independent of other selections made on the same page.
My current situation: I would like to have the user select one of several Business Units and then one or several Cost Centers of this unit. The problem is that even if he selects a unit, the Cost Center Slicer still contains ALL Cost Centers of the company.
How could I get the second slicer filtered with the selection of the first one? I could do it with a simple Table, but I would prefer a dynamic slicer with just the number of the cost center in the grey squares.
Hi @abeggmi ,
You may make sure the table which contains field in Cost Center Slicer has linked connection with other tables which will displays data in the first slicer visuals or other visuals.
Best Regards,
Amy

@abeggmi , Not very clear. But the approach of using a fact measure. Take a measure in visual level filter use is not blank.
