Vendor Peer Comparison = 
CALCULATE(
    [Median Vendor Score],
    FILTER(
        ALLEXCEPT( 'VendorTable'[vendor_industry], 'VendorTable'[vendor_postcode])))

 

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
