Filling my blocks in ArcGIS map with colour based on joined data

Hi all,

I have joined my dataset to ArcGIS map in PowerBI and checked that is correct because when I filter the page for specific block code, it will lead me to the correct block. However, for symbology, it will appear at random place on earth (even after selecting the right country). Sample attached below.

Appreciate your advise on how to:

1. get each of my blocks marked correctly and filled with the symbology colour

3. make it a 2 way relationship between ArcGis visual and other graph in a way that if I am able to click on respective block and it will filter the dataset regarding the block.

Thank you very much in advance for your help and clarification.
