Filled map does not work but bubble map works with the same data

Hi,

I really tried a lot of things to make a filled map, but it seems not to work in my system.

I just loaded a sample set of data from a forum:

CountryRegionSales
ArgentinaA$1,500.00
UruguayA$1,000.00
BrazilB$2,000.00
PeruB$1,000.00
EquadorC$1,000.00
ColumbiaC

$1,250.00

I select a bubble map and everything is ok, but with the filled map, nothing appears in teh map.

What could be the issue?

Thanks

Carlos

@cmenendez

Using the sample data you provided if you place

Filled Map - place Country in Location, Region in the Legend and Sales in Color Saturation

Reguldar Map -  place Country in Location, Region in the Legend and Sales in Size

ArcGIS - place Country in Location, Sales in Size and Region in Color

But they should all work and they even adjust the fields automatically for each Map type!

Hope this helps! Smiley Happy

@Sean

Thanks a lot for the info! somehow my arcGIS map is disabled even if I enabled (anyway that is a different issue...).

See my image with bubbles, it works great:

But then I just click in filled map, and bluff, no info:

Could it be some weird networking issue?

For me it does not make sense that I have such issues, I really just try to click the same buttons like you did... Very frustrating...
