Filled Map single color appearing differently

A filled map uses shading or tinting or patterns to display how a value differs in proportion across a geography or region.
Based on your screenshots, I think the color difference may be caused by the Legned field.

Super Userlooks like different transparency levels are applied. But this could probably qualify as a bug. If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
