Filled Map legend info
Is there possibility to place such line http://take.ms/c18SK on dashboard in order to show which color is Min and wich is Max b/c now when I place such Map it's not very informative http://take.ms/k1UEU I need to explain manually that Red stands for Min and Green stands for Max

The gradient filled map sounds reasonable. We will report this internally and our engineer will evaluate it. Meanwhile you can submit an idea on the powerbi ideas.
Hmm, no gradient fill that I can find. You might create a quick Word art or Paint image, save it to a file an then just import it as an image visualization.
