Fill manually cells from an imported excel input file

Hi Power BI User,

I'm facing with a problem in PBI. In this case I would like to import an excel file , here an example:

It is a survey where the user should be able to fill the cells "fill manually" with a standard response. Is possible to fill manually the brown cells? I tried with a conditional column but i don't want to add a new column but just fill the existing column with a a manual input.

You have the option of creating an input table in power BI, there you can add. 

or Take the help of power APP.

Thank you for the advice, maybe I will solve copyng just the field of the survey as a new table and then fill the cells!
