Fill down last value from measure for forward dates from another table

I would like to forward fill keeping the last value from a measure the same for the forward dates. However, I need the Fill Down Exports measure to sum aggregate. Below is the table from my attempt.

The measure for the exports is:

Exports = Calculate(SUM(RefinedTrdFlws[Qty kt]),RefinedTrdFlws[Trade flow]="export")

For the Fill down, I used:

Fill Down Exports =
VAR _Last = CALCULATE(LASTNONBLANKVALUE(RefinedTrdFlws[Date], [Exports]), ALLSELECTED())
return
IF([Exports]= BLANK(),_last,RefinedTrdFlws[Exports])

Sorry for the information you provided to me is not making the problem clear to me. Could you please tell me what is the forward fill and the measure you want to use? Or provide a sample of the results you want.

Please provide me with more details about your table and your problem or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.
