Fill blanks with the last value

I'm trying to fill the blank values of a funnel, the values decreases from left to right:

This is the DAX expression I´m using:

VAR UncumulativeTotal = CALCULATE(COUNT('Base General (new)'[Tenure (groups)]),'Base General (new)'[Tenure (groups in number format)]>=MAX('Base General (new)'[Tenure (groups in number format)]))

VAR last_value= CALCULATE(COUNT('Base General (new)'[Tenure (groups)]),FILTER('Base General (new)','Base General (new)'[Tenure (groups in number format)]<=SELECTEDVALUE('Base General (new)'[Tenure (groups in number format)])-1))

RETURN

IF(ISBLANK(COUNT('Base General (new)'[Tenure (groups)])),last_value,UncumulativeTotal)

You cannot report on something that isn't there unless you use disconnected tables and/or crossjoins
