Fill Down till next new value

I have to create a parent-child hierarchy and was wondering if there's a way for me to fill down until next new value in power query. So as soon as the value in Attribute 1 changes I want the fill down to stop. The issue with the auto fill down is that the "65 years and over" variable from Attribute 2.1 will fill until the "Total - Distribution (%) of the population..." even though that's a different category.

Any guidance is helpful!!

The way to do this is to do a Group By on the first column and then apply the fill down to the summary table on each row.

Have a go and if you get stuck, repost your data in a text format and i'll have a try (tomorrow)
