    Hi firasath ,
    According to the data you provided, here some steps that I want to share, you can check them if they suitable for your requirement.
    1.Open Power BI Desktop and go to the "Home" tab. Click on "Transform Data" to open Power Query Editor.
    2.Select the LOB columns (LOB-1, LOB-2, etc.), right click and select  "Unpivot Columns"，

    3.Close & Apply, then go to desktop table view and create relationship between Lob and Attribute

    4.Final output

You need to be able to establish a relationship between your date dimension and your fact table.  Without the relationship, Power BI has no way of understanding (accurately) how the data tables relate.  You should model your fact table to have a DateKey
