Try to add the following measure:
Headcount total = SUMX(VALUES(Calendar[YearMonth]) , [Headcount])

Thank you for your reply.
The code didn't work since in SUMX, the expression is just [headcount]. I try replace it with MIN[headcount], but it still didn't work..

Hi @New_be ,
This is a new measure that picks up the value of your previous measure it's not to replace the current measure you have.
