Failed to Decrypt Credentials (Error Message) - help please, urgent amendment required to report
"The data source credentials could not be decrypted. Please restart the program. If you continue to see this message, you can clear your credentials by clicking on the Clear Permissions button." ...
There were some recovered files, when after I deleted them, it opened.
I'm having the same issue.. but do not know of any recovered files.. can you give more details? what folder? are these files power bi temp files somewhere?

File - Option & Settings - Options - Diagnostics - Clear traces folder
