Fabric Admin Portal settings now display minimal settings

My Fabric Admin Portal settings use to display all these menu options like in this post here

Last week there was a message about Fabric Trial renewal. I clicked on Renew Trial. Today date 22/01/2025 Fabric Admin Portal settings are minimal

Did I miss something. do I need to do anything

This happens when you are not the admin in the tenant did you had any changes in your role inside the tenant and the service?

yes there were recent changes to our accounts, standard user account & admin accoun. I did not realise the impact. I will follow-up with the releavant teams.
