Here's my problem; I have a table at the bottom of the picture with one row for each employee; each employee has a total number of hours, a threshold, and the difference between the threshold and the number of hours (I've already created the formulas for this). I have also inserted a "Threshold annual" slicer in which, based on whether or not the employee has exceeded his or her limit of hours, the table below can be updated showing only those who belong to one of the 4 categories.
On the right I've created a simple card that shows the distincount of the employees in the table below. I want to create a new card in which, by filtering one of the 4 categories in the filter, the ratio (as a percentage) between the employees belonging to each category and the total number of the employees present in the table is displayed. However the table on the right with the distinctcount should not update based on the filtered category, it should always remain the same number. Maybe using "removefilters" measure?
any update/idea?
Thank you
Hi , @Mussaka
Soory for my delay response. According to your description, you want to " filtering by membership group" ?
If you just want to filter by some filter and ignore other filters, you can try to use the ALLEXCEPT() function.
For more information, you can refer to :
ALLEXCEPT function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn
If this method does not meet your needs, you can provide us with your special sample data and the desired output sample data in the form of tables, so that we can better help you solve the problem. (You can also upload you sample .pbix [without sensitive data] to the OneDrive and share with the OneDrive link to me ! )

Hi , @Mussaka
According to your description, you want to get the distinctcount should not update based on the filtered category.
If this , i think you need to use the removefilters function. And you can try to use the ALL() with CALCULATE() function to ignore the "category" filter.
For this , you can refer to :
Solved: Exclude applied filters with ALL() - Microsoft Power BI Community
ALL function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn
The (ALL, ALLSELECTED & ALLEXCEPT) Code - Microsoft Power BI Community

Leaving aside the fact that the distinct count should not be updated based on the filtered category (perhaps I have found an alternative solution), what measure should I apply so that the percentage ratio between the headcount resulting from filtering by membership group and the total headcount of employees in the table appears in a new tab? (i.e., the one represented as "HC with OT>0" in the image you sent me)? Thank you for your help.
