Extracting data from Admin portal

Hello

I need to be able to report on the refrehses in our premium capacities. The data currently exists in the Admin portal - but at the moment, i am manually extracting the data and storing it in SharePoint and then connecting Power BI to it. 

Is there a way i can connect Power BI directly to the admin portal? so i dont have to keep manually exporting the data?

Not recommended.  You need to continue with your manual extracts. Store them as is (JSON) and then consume them with Power BI datasets or dataflows.
