Extracting Dates from a paragraph of unstructured text

Hi,

I have linked Power BI to a Shared Mailbox pulling in data from a body of consistent emails that come daily. I have successfuly used the "Extract key Phrases" AI embedded tool to pull out company. However, I want to be able to extract any dates seperately. Please see how the text looks below;

EuroChem Finance DAC Mar 2024 USD

- 0.749
Ardagh Metal Packaging Finance plc Sep 2029 GBP

Is there any kind of hack I can use to be able obtain "Mar 2024" and "Sep 2029" in seperate rows?
