Extract specific data by using card function

Hi everyone, I am currrently working on creating a parking record for our company using PowerBI, but I am facing some obstacles.

Here is the Excel File that contains the parking record data, including the park date, vehicle number, time in and time out. I already imported this data into Power BI.

The above format is the draft of the company's parking record. I have used a slicer in Power BI to divide the data based on different dates. However, I am currently encountering 2 problems.

The first problem is the vehicle number record not match the time in & time out records. In this case, the vehicle number should be VJ9*15 (not SH6*16) if the time in = 08:52 and time out = 09:04 on 5 Sept 2023.

The second problem is that there are 11 parking records in the excel file, I would like to know if I can use the card function in Power BI to show those records separately and automatically, because 11 cards display the same vehicle number, time in & time out at that moment, thanks in advance!!❤️
