Extract individual row data to make seperate columns

help.PNG

I am trying to separate row data to 3 separate columns. Is this possible?

I cannot use delimiter to split the information, as the data is in individual rows. (This is because of the way the data comes out of the data report.)

What I want is to separate the True and False into one column, the date into another column and the name into another column.

Any help would be gratefully received. I do not know how to use M code so if any advice comes this way it will need more explanation!

Thank you in advance

@DemoFour ,

No, the "Hide Tables" just hide the tables in table view. User who have access to modify the report can unhide tables again. However, if your requirement is to let somes users can't see some specific rows, I would suggest you to use dynamic RLS instead.

@DemoFour ,

There's no straight solution but there's a workaround. Firstly, duplicate the tables into three tables. Then filter the three tables in conditions "TRUE or FALSE", "2019" and others like below:

Then merge the three filtered tables based on columns [PBO Start Date] and [PBO Category].

Thanks for your reply, every time I have logged on the forum has been running maintaince work!

Thank you for your workaround, I had come to the same conclusion after trying to use Column from examples and looking at  Gil Raviv "Collect, Combine and Transform Data using Power Query" whilst trying to solve this problem.

Am I correct in thinking that if I do follow the above and then create a merged table, that I can then hide the other tables in the model, so that they are not seen by others who want to then build visuals from the tables?

kind regards
