Extract conditional formatting

Good morning community,
I have the following question,
I have shared a BI model with a premium account. In the report, there are columns that have conditional formatting, and when extracting the information to Excel, the highlighted fields do not appear. Is there any way to make it work, or how should I do it?

I look forward to your responses, Have a good day

Pablo.

Hi @PVVBl00

Conditional formatting does not carry over when exporting to Excel, unless you're using third-party visuals (paid), such as Inforiver.

However, the columns that have conditional formatting should still appear in the regular export.

Please make sure that:

  1. The export type chosen is "Summarized data", if you want to export a flat table,
    or

  2. If the export is using the "Current layout" option, all columns are visible (expanded) in the visual.

If everything mentioned above is correct and the columns still don’t appear, you can open a support ticket with Microsoft.
