Extra spaces causing duplicate line when loaded.

Dear Experts,

I have raw data that has extra spaces similar to this highlighted in yellow: When i load in PBI, it creates an extra line similar to to the 2nd screenshot: The file is in CSV. I initially thought removing the description collumn will solve the issue but its not. The moment i load the file will create the extra line. 

Appreciate your advise.
