External sharing setting enabled, still not working

Anyone have any ideas? External sharing is enabled but still unable to share.

what exactly does not work?
According to this article it's just a warning: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-share-dashboards
Is the Share button disabled?
Please check if the email address is added to your azure active directory as a guest user.

Hi TomMartens, thanks for your reply.
Correct, the share button is disabled/doesn't show.It is a report and not a dashboard. I did not know they also needed to be azure ad guest user hmm. I'll look into that, kinda more than I want to do other than give access to this 1 power bi report.

as soon as the user has been added to the AAD an invitation will be sent to the user, when the user accepts the invitation, the button will automagically be enabled 🙂
